renew an expired mining permit for a 5 acre sand mine located
approximately 2,640' east of the intersection of Hardscrabble and Sand Road, 500' south
of Sand Road, approximatThe applicant proposes to renew an expired mining permit for a
5 acre sand mine located on a 68.5 acre parcel controlled by the applicant locaely 2 miles
northeast of the hamlet of Flackville. The mine will be reclaimed during the five year
permit term. Approximately one acre remains to be mined.
