Project Description:
The applicant proposes to construct a 170 foot by 21 foot three story residential building containing 18 condominium units with a parking lot. Portions of the proposed building are located within NYSDEC regulated Tidal Wetlands adjacent area. The project is consistent with existing zoning regulations and the development will utilize existing sewer and water lines. The project site is located west of William Street and 100 feet north of Tier Street.

Project is an Unlisted Action and will not have a significant impact on the environment. A Negative Declaration is on file. A coordinated review was not performed.

State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination:
A Structural-Archaeological Assessment Form has been completed. The proposed activity will not impact on registered, eligible or inventoried archaeological sites or historic structures.

This project is located in a Coastal Management area and is subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.

Project Description:
The applicant proposes to construct ten one-family houses. Only the driveways of six of the proposed houses are within the adjacent area of NYSDEC regulated Class I Freshwater Wetland AR-2 (Davis Wildlife Refuge). Travis Avenue, an existing paved street, is located between the weland and the project site. Storm water from the development will be directed to drywells sanitary waste water will be directed to existing sanitary sewers. The project site is located between Sleepy Hollow Road and Travis Avenue approximately 400 feet west of Freedom Avenue, Staten Island Block 2110 - Lots 1 & 4 and Block 2117 - Lot 24.
