The applicant proposes to construct 80 linear feet of bulkhead 28" seaward of the existing bulkhead, construct two 6 ft. returns, and place 100 cubic yards of backfill.  The property is located at 24 Forester Street, City of Long Beach, Nassau County on Sarazen Canal.

The applicant proposes to replace the existing Well # 1R with Well #1RR.  The replacement well will be located approximately 120 feet south of existing Well #1R. Well #1RR will consist of a 24 inch diameter casing and a 16 inch diameter screen, with a proposed depth of 505 feet.  The existing Well #1R is 365 feet deep.   Proposed pumping capacity will be 1,000 gpm, which is the same as the existing well.

The applicant proposes to replace the existing Well # 3 with Well #3R.  The replacement well will be located approximately 50 feet north of the existing well.  Well #3R will consist of a 24 inch diameter casing and a 16 inch diameter screen, with a proposed depth of  505 feet.  The existing Well #3 is 481 feet deep.  Proposed pumping capacity will be 1,000 gpm, which is the same as the existing well.   

The applicant proposes to replace the existing Well # 6 with Well # 6R.  The replacement well will be located approximately 50 feet west of the existing Well #6.  Well #6R will consist of a 24 inch diameter casing and a 16 inch diameter screen, with a proposed depth of 505 feet.  The existing Well #6 is 407 feet deep.  Proposed pumping capacity will be 1,000 gpm, which is the same as the existing well.

The applicant proposes an existing discharge of 8,000 gallons per day of laundromat wastewater to groundwater from an LRF-AC water treatment system at the applicant’s facility located at 1731 Deer Park Ave, Deer Park, Babylon Town, Suffolk County.

The Department has made a tentative determination to issue a permit for a State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit under Article 17 of the Environmental Conservation Law.  This tentative determination indicates that the discharge regulated under this statute is considered to satisfy regulatory standards for permit issuance, based on information available to the Department at this time.  As a tentative determination, the Department seeks comments on the proposed regulated activity prior to making a final decision on permit issuance.  As such, this tentative determination does not signify department approval for, or endorsement of, the activity for which a permit is sought or for the overall proposed project.

The applicant proposes an existing discharge of 9,900 gallons per day of laundry wastewater to groundwater from an Updated REDUX Water Treatment System at the applicant’s facility located at 350-19 East Main Street, Patchogue, Brookhaven Town, Suffolk County.

The Department has made a tentative determination to issue a permit for a State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit under Article 17 of the Environmental Conservation Law.  This tentative determination indicates that the discharge regulated under this statute is considered to satisfy regulatory standards for permit issuance, based on information available to the Department at this time.  As a tentative determination, the Department seeks comments on the proposed regulated activity prior to making a final decision on permit issuance.  As such, this tentative determination does not signify department approval for, or endorsement of, the activity for which a permit is sought or for the overall proposed project.

The Department has made a tentative determination to issue a modification the existing State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit under Article 17 of the Environmental Conservation Law.  This tentative determination indicates that the discharge regulated under this statute is considered to satisfy regulatory standards for permit issuance, based on information available to the Department at this time.  As a tentative determination, the Department seeks comments on the proposed regulated activity prior to making a final decision on permit modification issuance.  As such, this tentative determination does not signify department approval for, or endorsement of, the activity for which a permit is sought or for the overall proposed project.

The applicant proposes to construct a single family dwelling with deck, pool, septic system and driveway within the 100 ft. adjacent area of Freshwater Wetland E-6 (Oneck Drain).  The property is located at 4 Michael's Way, Village of Westhampton Beach, Town of Southampton, County of Suffolk, SCTM 905-9-3-17.14.

The applicant proposes to construct a single family dwelling with deck, pool, septic system, and driveway within the 100 ft. adjacent area of Freshwater Wetland E-6 (Oneck Drain).  The property is located at 2 Michael's Way, Village of Westhampton Beach, Town of Southampton, County of Suffolk, Tax Map No. 905-9-3-17.15.

The applicant proposes to subdivide a 7.05 acre parcel into 3 developable lots.  Each lot is in excess of 80,000 square feet.  Lots 1 and 2 are on Stone Creek, which is considered NYSDEC regulated tidal wetlands.  The project is located at:  25 Bay Road, Quogue, Village of Quogue, Suffolk County.  SCTM# 902-6-1-16.1 & 16.2.
