Niagara County - The Niagara County Sewer District No. 1, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Niagara County Sewer District No.1 Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrades and Pump Station Rehabilitation will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of the following improvements: High Voltage Distribution System Upgrade, Site Lighting Replacement, Site Access Improvements, Phone and Public Address System Improvements, Gas Heating Additions, Chemical Mixing Improvements, Building Exterior Concrete Repairs, Site Roadway Rehabilitation, Chemical Storage Containment Upgrade at Tonawanda Creek Pump Station, Upgrade of Influent Pump Station, Incorporation of Emergency Power at Influent Pump Station, Bar Screen and Removal System Upgrade, Backup Sludge Dewatering System, Demolition of Zimpro Equipment, and Clearing of Interceptor Right of Ways. The project is located at the Water Pollution Control Center at 7346 Liberty Drive in Wheatfield, New York, and the Tonawanda Creek Pump Station located at 6020 Tonawanda Creek Road, Pendleton, New York.

Erie County - The Erie County Department of Environment and Planning, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Erie County Parks System Master Plan Update will not have a significant advers environmental impact. The action involves a Legislative adoption of the update of the Master Plan for the Erie County Parks Systems, encompassing 10, 239 acres on 38 sites at various locations throughout the County. Included are 176 miles of bike routes (on and off-road) connecting parks and populations centers.
