Ontario County - The Town of Canandaigua as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Outhouse Park Development Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves creation of a water district, installation of approximately 3,000 feet of watermain and appurtenances, construction of approximately 3,500 feet of roadway, relocation of approximately 2,000 feet of Sucker Brook Creek, Creation of a 2 acre ± wetland. The project is located between County Road 30, North Bloomfield Road, and Buffalo Street Extension Town of Canandaigua, Ontario County, NY 14424

Ontario County - The Town of Richmond, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Richmond Shetler Road Water District will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the Town of Richmond is proposing the construction of water system improvements, including the provision of a public water supply to the Shetler Road Water District. The improvements would consist of:
The improvements will benefit a total of 737 customers in both the Honeoye Consolidated Water District and the new Shetler Road Water District. The project is located at portions of Shetler Road, County Road 37, and Briggs Street, Town of Richmond, Ontario County, NY.

Ontario And Yates Counties - The Ontario County Soil and Water Conservation District, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Generic Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Model Timber Harvesting Local Law. The project involves adoption of a local Timber Harvesting Law by municipalities within the watersheds of Canandaigua and Honeoye Lakes. This local law strives to protect water quality in the area by requiring the use of appropriate Best Management Practices and stipulating specific practices to follow. Some of the Major stipulations under this law prohibit harvesting operations with a 15 foot wide buffer zone measured from the shoreline of any surface water and require completion of a full Timber Harvesting Plan in areas with greater than 15% slope. the towns will have the authority, with due cause and upon complaint, to enter and inspect properties affected by Timber harvesting operations to ensure proper procedures are being followed. They can suspend or revoke a timber harvesting permit upon notification of violations to this law, until such time as restorations are completed. The project is located in the Towns of Bristol, Canadice, Gorham, Naples, Richmond, and South Bristol in Ontario County and the Towns of Italy and Middlesex in Yates County.
