Madison County - The Village of Hamilton, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Hamilton Municipal Airport Master Plan Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves various improvements at Hamilton Municipal Airport including a 300 foot runway extension, construction of a parallel taxiway, expansion of a aircraft parking apron, construction of new hangar, construction of a new airport access road, and release of federally obligated land for development of an airport business park.

Oswego County - The Town of Richland, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed amendment to the town of Richland Zoning Ordinance and Comprehensive Plan to change the zone of certain properties from RR2 to Commercial will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves amending the Town's Zoning Ordiance and Comprehensive Plan to change the zoning of properties located at 230-246 County Route 2A from the RR2 Zone to Commercial Zone.
