The project is located on the west side of Burt Road, 0.2 mile south of NYS Route 197, Town of Moreau.

Project Description:
The applicant proposes to modify and renew their valid Mined Land Reclamation permit to add 1.5 contiguous acres to the Life of Mine (LOM) of their existing 10-acre dimensional stone quarry. All other aspects of the mining operation will remain unchanged. The site is located on Pike Brook Road, approximately 3.6 miles from its intersection with State Route 22. Application materials are available for public review and comment at the NYS DEC Regional Sub-office in Warrensburg.
