Schenectady County - The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Glenville, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed construction of a dwelling listed below may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves construction of a dwelling on a parcel of land located in a flood plain within the Land Conservation Zoning District. No public sewer service is available to the site. The parcel is located immediately adjacent to the Mohawk River on the North and the Alplaus Kill on the East.

Schenectady County - The Town of Niskayuna, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Office-Technology Zoning District GEIS. The action involves establishing the Office and Technology (O-T) Zoning District on 460 acres of land located in the northwest section of Town of Niskayuna. The Town is also considering the construction of new Town Roads with water and sewer infrastructure within the O-T Zone. The project is located on 460 acre Study Area bounded by Balltown Road, Aqueduct Road, Hillside Avenue and Providence Road.
