Suffolk County - A public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Southampton on October 28, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 116 Hampton Road, Southampton, NY to hear any and all persons either for or against a local law amending Article XXVI, Planned Development District by amending 330-244, Applications; review procedure; in order to require appraisals be submitted with an application to the Town Board for an incentive zone change known as a Planned Development District and for the Town Board to authorize appraisals when they initiate a planned development district.

Suffolk County - The Planning Board of Southampton, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed J & B Restaurant Partners will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. A public hearing will be held on November 13, 2003 at 7:00 p.m., at the Southampton Town Hall, Southampton, NY. The action involves application for a site plan application for the demolition of existing buildings and the construction of a 4,825 sf restaurant with accessory parking on a 4.79-acre parcel located in the Office (OD) Zoning District. The project is located on the south side of Montauk Highway (SR27A), approximately 1,000 feet west of Springville Road, Hampton Bays (SCTM No. 900-222-1-19).

Nassau County - The Inc. Village of Plandome Planning Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Single Family Subdivision: Manhasset Glen II. A continuation of the October 1, 2003 public hearing on the DEIS will be held on October 29, 2003 at 7:30 p.m. at the Plandome Village Hall, 65 South Drive, Plandome, NY. Written comments on the Draft DEIS will be accepted by the contact person named below until ten days after the close of the public hearing. The project involves subdivision of a parcel of land into ten contiguous lots, nine of which will be building lots within the Village of Plandome, and one contiguous 7.92 acre parcel located within the Village of Plandome Manor which may be later divided into two building lots. The project is located on the northeast corner of the Village in the area of the end of Madonia Court and Plymouth Road.
