acre of Freshwater Wetland # N-9 (class I) and 1.37 acres of
wetland adjacent area, associated with development of an 8 lot residential subdivision
named Buttonwood Manor. Disturbance to the wetland is limited to access road
construction. Activity in the adjacent area includes the road, clearing and grading for
house lots, and two stormwater detention basins. The project is located on the west side
of Moe Road, 0.4 mile north of Crescent Road, Town of Clifton Park.

The applicant proposes to
construct a 15 foot wide driveway with six culverts across
approximately 320 linear feet of Freshwater Wetland # GF-23 (class II), to access a
proposed single family residence on an upland site. The proposed area of wetland
disturbance is 0.09 acres. The driveway would also cross a tributary of Halfway Creek
(class AA(T)). The project is located on the east side of Country Club Road,
approximately 300 feet south of Sweet Road, Town of Queensbury.
