Erie County - The Planning Board of the Town of Amherst, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed expansion of the Park Country Club of Buffalo will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The Project involves construction of a 2,080± sq. ft. kitchen addition and 710± sq. ft. bar addition to The Park Country Club of Buffalo facility located at 4949 Sheridan Drive, Amherst, NY. The project is located on the south side of Sheridan Drive, approximately 1,800 feet west of Mill Street. The proposed building additions will be added to the main clubhouse and will affect 0.4± acres of land. The one-story kitchen addition is shown on the north side of the existing building and will include a basement storage/mechanical room. The proposed bar addition is shown on the south side of the existing building and is also one-story. The additions will increase the size of the existing clubhouse by 2,790± sq. ft. for a total size of 47,328± sq. ft.

Expansion will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves the expansion of Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital located at 1540 Maple Road, Williamsville, NY 14221. The new construction will displace the Physicians parking area, which will be relocated to the main west parking lot south of the hospital, resulting in the elimination of 10 parking spaces. The project is located at 1540 Maple Road, Amherst, NY.

Erie County - The Planning Board of the Town of Amherst, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Maple Woods South Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves the subdivision of 10.2± acres of land into 19 sublots on property that is zoned Residential District – Three (R-3). The subject property is located on the north side of Casey Road along existing portions of Levin Lane and Tiburon Lane. The petitioner is Frank Levin, 1255 Eggert Road, Amherst, NY. The project is located at 500-520 Casey Road, Amherst.

Erie County - The Planning Board of the Town of Amherst, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Rezoning of 3925 Sheridan Drive will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves the rezoning of 11.47± acres of land from Multi-Family Residential District – Five (MFR-5), Residential District – Three (R-3) and General Business (GB) to Office Building (OB) for the proposed Excelsior Orthopaedics Medical Campus to be located at 3925 Sheridan Drive, Amherst, NY (Z-7-03).

The property is located on the south side of Sheridan Drive, approximately 554± feet east of its intersection with Getzville Road. The petitioner is proposing to rezone 11.47± acres of the total 19± acre site to allow the development of medical offices. The remaining area is proposed as a greenspace buffer along the south, east and west property lines and will not be rezoned. There are two (2) access drives proposed from Sheridan Drive.

Niagara County - The Niagara County Public Works, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Beebe Road Rehabilitation will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves rehabilitation and shoulder reconstruction along Beebe Road ( CR 111 ) approximately 9,500' long. Replacement of Beebe Road culvert over Hopkins Creek and tributary to Hopkins Creek and related roadway and guiderail construction. The project will also involve updating the existing drainage system features along the road.
