New Notices for ENB Issue of September 24, 2003: 1

Equus Power I, LP proposes to construct and operate a new gas turbine facility, Equus Freeport Power Generating Station. The new facility will be constructed immediately adjacent to the Village of Freeport Plant #2.

A legislative hearing to receive public comments will be held on October 22, 2003 at 7:00pm. Written comments must be postmarked no later than October 31, 2003.
