The applicant proposes to
renew their existing Mined Land Reclamation Permit with a
modification to expand the 4.4 acre sand and gravel mine by 1.9 acres (owned by Frank
Jr. and David Turek) for the Indian Fields Mine, located +/- 900 feet west of Indian Fields
Road, Town of Genoa, Cayuga County. Life of mine is 5 years; mining method and
reclamation will remain the same as previously permitted.
