acres of Freshwater Wetland WR-8 (Class: III) in conjunction with construction of a 60-unit motel. The
modification is widening of the driveway from 20 feet to 30 feet for
emergency vehicle access. The location is on the south side of Route 17M at Chester
Shopping Plaza.
