The applicant proposes to
relocate it's existing pipeline that runs through the County Line
Stone property on new right of way within that property that will route the pipeline near
and along the New York State Thruway. This will result in the pipeline crossing New
York State Freshwater Wetland CR-29 and its 100 foot regulated Adjacent Area. The
work will be completed within an appoximately 80 by 2,000 foot long corridor through
the freshwater wetland on the property. The property is located near the intersection of
Crittenden Road and the New York State Thruway in the Towns of Newstead in Erie
County and Pembroke in Genesee County.

| Project is a Type I action and will not have a significant effect on the environment. A coordinated review with other agencies was performed and a Negative Declaration is on file. | |
