Paul Palmieri has applied to the NYSDEC for tidal wetlands and protection of waters permits and a water quality certification to construct a fifty foot extension of an existing pier dock and to install a boat lift located at 123 East Shore Road, Town of Babylon, Suffolk County.
A legislative hearing to receive comments will be held on October 8, 2003 at 10:00am. A pre-hearing Issues Conference will be held following the legislative hearing. An adjudicatory hearing will follow the issues conference, if it is determined that there is/are adjudicable issue(s), and continue from day to day thereafter if necessary. All filings for party status must be received by October 1, 2003.
New York Power Authority - NYSDEC announces the second session of a public hearing on NYPA’s applications for permits for two existing power plants located in the South Bronx (Hell Gate Plant and Harlem River Yard Plant).
A first session was held on September 10, 2003. The second session will be held on September 24, 2003 at 7:00pm. At the hearing you may speak or submitted written comments. You may send written comments to John Ferguson, NYSDEC, which must be received no later than September 26, 2003
