147 acre parcel owned by the applicant, 5.5 miles south of the Village of Hammond. It is
further located on the west side of NYS Route 37, 1.5 miles north of the Jefferson/St.
Lawrence Co. line. The sandstone will be mechanically mined for use as stone veneer
facing and for ornamental landscape applications.
