The applicant is proposing a 12 lot subdivision on an approximately 32 acre parcel of land which will consist of 9 single family residential lots (Lots 1 thru 9) on 4 acres of land and 3 lots (Lots 10, 11 and 12) on the remaining 28 acres.  This 28 acres of land are to remain undeveloped.  The 32 acre parcel consists of approximately 11 acres of NYS regulated wetland.  Approximately 0.17 acres of wetland and 2.50 acres of wetland adjacent area will be impacted by this project.  Long term protection of wetland is proposed to be accomplished by the placement of deed restrictions on Lots 10, 11 and 12. The project site is located on the westerly side of US Route 9W, between Route 9W and the Crossroads Subdivision (Placid Lane), in the Town of Bethlehem, Albany County.

The applicant proposes to conduct a wetland restoration project in conjunction with Otsego County Soil & Water Conservation District and Ducks Unlimited.  The project consists of an earthen impoudment structure to be 8.7' high to impound approximately 37 acre feet of water.  The objective of the project is to improve the quality of water that drains from the area into the Susquehanna River. A tertiary objective is to increase the immediate area's potential for wildlife habitat diversity.  The project is located east of State Route 28 approximately 2 miles south of Cooperstown opposite the County Route 26/SR 28 intersection..

The applicant proposes to conduct a wetland restoration project in conjunction with Otsego County Soil & Water Conservation District and Ducks Unlimited.  The project consists of an earthen impoudment structure to be 7' high to impound approximately 37 acre feet of water.  The objective of the project is to improve the quality of water that drains from the area into the Susquehanna River. A tertiary objective is to increase the immediate area's potential for wildlife habitat diversity.  The project is located east of State Route 28 approximately 2 miles south of Cooperstown.

The applicant proposes to conduct a wetland restoration project in conjunction with Otsego County Soil & Water Conservation District and Ducks Unlimited.  The project consists of an earthen impoudment structure to be 8' high to impound approximately 11.2 acre feet of water.  The objective of the project is to improve the quality of water that drains from the area to the Susquehanna River. A tertiary objective is to increase the immediate area's potential for wildlife habitat diversity.  The project is located off State Route 28 south of the Village of Cooperstown's wastewater treatment plant.

The applicant proposes to conduct a wetland restoration project in conjunction with Otsego County Soil & Water Conservation District and Ducks Unlimited.  The project consists of an earthen impoudment structure to be 15' high to impound approximately 28.6 acre feet of water.  The objective of the project is to improve the quality of water that drains from the area into Otsego Lake. A tertiary objective is to increase the immediate area's potential for wildlife habitat diversity.  The project is located on Armstrong Road off County Highway 28.

The applicant proposes to conduct a wetland restoration project in conjunction with Otsego County Soil & Water Conservation District and Ducks Unlimited.  The project consists of an earthen impoudment structure to be 9.5' high to impound approximately 18.3 acre feet of water.  The objective of the project is to improve the quality of water that drains from the area into Shadow Brook and to  Otsego Lake. A tertiary objective is to increase the immediate area's potential for wildlife habitat diversity.  The project is located on Armstrong Road off County Highway 28.

The applicant is proposing to construct a 12' high earthen dam to impound approximately 18.6 acre feet of water. The impoundment is part of a wetland restoration  project in conjunction with Otsego County Soil & Water Conservation District and Ducks Unlimited.  The objective of this project is to improve the quality of agricultural runoff into Hayden Creek and Otsego Lake by allowing for the detention of runoff from the agricultural area.  A tertiary objective is to increase the immediate area's potential for wildlife habitat diversity.  The project is at a working cattle and crop farm located approximately 0.8 miles east of Springfield Four Corners, immediately north of State Highway 20 and west of Hinds Road.

The applicant proposes to conduct a wetland restoration project in conjunction with Otsego County Soil & Water Conservation District and Ducks Unlimited.  The project consists of an earthen impoudment structure to be 8.8' high to impound approximately 24.3 acre feet of water.  The objective of the project is to improve the quality of water that drains from the area into Chyle Hole and into the groundwater to Otsego Lake. A tertiary objective is to increase the immediate area's potential for wildlife habitat diversity. The project is located just east of Herkimer/Otsego County line off state Route 80 on Chyle Road north of Springfield Center.

The applicant proposes to construct a driveway across the Indian Kill to provide access to property on the north side of the stream for the construction of a house, garage, and septic system.  The stream crossing will be made by installing an 18 foot wide by 23 foot long aluminum box culvert with aluminum wing walls and a 48 inch diameter metal pipe will be installed in an overflow channel of the stream.  The project site is located at the end of Kalmia Drive where it intersects with Cypress Drive.
