Daffodil Lane, about 1,000 feet west of the intersection with Church Hill Road. A
portion of the excavated material will be used for construction of a single-family
residence on the same property.

stabilize approximately 1,860 linear feet of shoreline, remove
the deteriorated remains of two abandoned barges, and remove deteriorated piles along
the City of Peekskill's Hudson River waterfront. The site is located north of the
Riverfront Green Park. The shoreline will be stabilized through the placement of large
boulders and rip-rap along the existing shoreline.

The Villare of Briarcliff
Manor proposes to construct a 48 foot x 50 foot wooden, covered
gambrel-type salt storage shed in a partially-paved, previously disturbed fenced-in area
within Freshwater Wetland Number O-16 (Class II). The property is located at the
Department of Public Works on Buckhout Road, approximately 1000 feet west of
Pleasantville Road in Briarcliff Manor.
The purpose
of the project is to accommodate expansion of a concrete block building to
Buckhout Road, enclosure of a recycling area, and replacement the existing, uncovered
salt storage area with a containment building for de-icing salt.
