construct a vertical stone breakwater along 101 feet of
shoreline on Fourth Lake of the Fulton Chain of Lakes. The breakwater will be 4 feet
above the lake bottom and approximately 18 inches above normal water levels. In
addition a 300 square foot dock no wider than 8 feet supported on stone filled timber
cribs will be constructed.
