an old water-powered grist mill and millpond, remnants of
which are still located at the site within the boundary of Class I wetland Man-8. Work
will include installation of a 600 foot long, 1 foot diameter underground flume for partial
stream diversion to the mill, with discharge of return water to class C-t Pools Brook. The
site is located along Pools Brook Road in the Town of Manlius.

50 gpm of treated stormwater at the FedEx Ground property in the Town of VanBuren,
Onondaga County. The stormwater collection system along the new fuel island includes
an oil/water separator to treat the stormwater and discharge it to a surface outlet in an
unprotected swale. The application is available for review in the Syracuse office.
