The applicant proposes to
demolish an existing frame building and construct two attached
2-family houses. Storm water will be directed to drywells. Sanitary waste water will be
discharged to an existing sanitary sewer line. Approximately half of the proposed new
structure is located within the adjacent area of NYSDEC regulated Class I Freshwater
Wetland NA-2 (Eib's Pond). The proposed development is located approximately 70 feet
from the freshwater wetland boundary. The project site is located at 325 and 327 Hanover
Avenue, Staten Island, Block 2892 - Lots 30 & 31.
