Project Description: Replacement of an existing concrete box culvert within County Route 71 right-of-way where it crosses Mud Brook with a new box culvert involving wetlands. The existing culvert measures 6 feet by 10 feet. The proposed culvert will measure 8 feet by 18 feet. No permanent loss of wetland area or function is to occur.
