Construct a 60' x 25' x 8' wide L-shaped dock upon four 8' x 8' rock-filled timber cribs;

install approximately 135 LF of steel sheetpiling wall along the shoreline; plus build a

25' long x 15' wide gravel launch ramp in Mud Bay, Lake Ontario at 27990 Stony Point

Road, Cape Vincent (T), Jefferson County.

The applicant in conjunction with the U.S. Department of Agriculture Natural Resource Conservation Service proposes to construct approximately 50,000 square feet of waterfowl pothole habitat in regulated freshwater wetland E-5, a 69 acre Class III wetland, predominantly wet meadow at the project site, which is west of Weaver Road approximately 2000' south of the Weaver Road/County Route 121 intersection, three miles south of the Village of Ellisburg.

Remove four large tree stumps from the shoreline area and stabilize 200' of eroded bank along the Raquette River by installing an interlocking fiberglass wall along the bank at the Chambers' property along Arbuckle Pond Road, Colton (T), St. Lawrence County.

Stabilize 280' of eroded bank along the Raquette River by installing clean rock cobbles against the bank along a 160' long section and by installing a precast block wall against the bank for a distance of 120' at 40 Greenpoint Road, Colton (T), St. Lawrence County.

The applicant proposes to widen an existing 3' deep pond approximately 135' long x 6' wide to be 12' wide and 6' deep at center, delete a "dead end" section of existing channel approximately 100' long x 6' wide x 12" deep to reduce mosquito nuisance and raise existing lawn area by approximately one foot.  The site is in the buffer area and portion of regulated freshwater wetland DG-1, a 74 acre Class II, predominantly shrub swamp wetland.
