Onondaga County - The Town of Manlius, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Starlight Heights, LLC zone change and cluster development will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a zone change from R-A to R-3 and subdivision approval utilizing Town Law 278 to create a 65 unit town home development. The project is located on Lot No. 1 North East Medical Subdivision, west side of North Burdick Street and south side of Cedar Bay Road, in the Town of Manlius.

Tompkins County - The Planning Board of the Town of Ithaca, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Cornell University Precinct 8 Athletic Fields will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves Site Plan Approval from the Town of Ithaca Planning Board and Special Approval and a height variance for the light poles from the Town of Ithaca Zoning Board of Appeals for the proposed construction of two lighted athletic practice fields in the first phase and two unlighted athletic practice fields at a future date, a support building, stormwater facilities, and parking to accommodate 30 vehicles. The fields are proposed to be located off of Game Farm Road south of Cascadilla Creek, Town of Ithaca Tax Parcel No.ís 62-2-3, 62-2-4, 62-2-5, and 62-2-6, Residence District R-30.
