Albany County - The City of Albany Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Columbia Water Street Group, LLC - 677 Broadway Office Building will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a 12-story, approximately 170,844 sq. ft. office building on an approximately 0.6 acre site located at 677 Broadway. The project is located on the east side of Broadway between the I-787 northbound entrance and southbound exit ramps.

Greene County - The Athens Town Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Greene County Highway Garage, Athens Facility will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The Greene County Highway Department will construct a driveway right-of-way to a new County Highway Garage, salt barn, and mechanics shop. This will require earthwork and grading as required for construction of drainage, construction of parking and driveway as shown on plans, installation of a well for drinking and wash water, installation of a septic system, and installation of utilities such as telephone and electrical cables. Facility will include specialized drainage structures for handling salt and petroleum contaminated wash water from trucks. The project is located on Route 9W, Town of Athens.
