The Department has made
a tentative determination to modify a State Pollutant Discharge
Elimination System Permit NY-0171638 for a discharge of 5,000 gpd of treated sanitary
and industrial wastewater to groundwater at 10123 Main Street in the Town of Clarence.
The wastewater treatment system services several companies involved in product
assembly and discharges primarily sanitary waste with a limited amount of process water.
A draft permit is available for review.
