The applicant proposes to
repair a 10' section of an 8' high x 120' long earthen and timber
crib dam located approximately two miles southeast of the hamlet of Jordanville, 2000'
south of Blatchley Road and Mixter Road intersection and 2000' west of Mixter Road.
The site abuts the downstream limits of regulated freshwater wetland JV-14, a 29 acre
Class III deciduous wetland, prediminately wet meadow pasture within the pond
boundary limits. The applicant also proposes to widen the dam from 10' to 20' wide,
suitable for crossing with farm equipment. The resulting pond will be approximately 100'
wide x 300' long x 8' deep.

This Department has received
a request to issue a permit and has drafted an Article 19
(Air Pollution Control) of the Environmental Conservation Law, an Air State Facility
Permit, at the facility located at Mohawk Valley Psychiatric Center, 1400 Noyes at York,
Utica, NY 13502.
The Department has made
a tentative determination to approve the application of the
Mohawk Valley Psychiatric Center facility a psychiatric hospital. The State Facility
Permit allows the operation of Emission units U-00001 and U-G0001, which includes
combustion sources, and an electric generator that will be used for utility-sponsored peak-shaving program. The facility has capped out of Title V, PSD, NSR, and NOx Ract
Permitting requirements by tracking and restricting its facility emissions of Oxides of
Nitrogen (NOx) below 100 tons per year and tracking and restricting its emissions from
emission unit U-00001 of NOx below 39 tons per year.
The draft permit with conditions
is available for review in the Region 6 NYS DEC office
in Watertown, NY.

construction will outside the adjacent area. The project is located on the north side of
Powell Road between Deely and Kimball Roads.
