Broome County - The Town of Chenango Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Chenango amending Chapters, Article and Sections of the Code of the Town of Chenango will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves 21.170 acres in the Town of Chenango.

Onondaga County - The Town Board of the Town of Manlius, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Starlight Heights, LLC zone change and cluster development will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves Zone change from R-A to R-3 and subdivision approval utilizing Town Law Section 278 to create a 65 unit town home development. The project is located on lot No. 1 of North East Medical subdivision, west side of North Burdick Street and south side of Cedar Bay Road, Town of Manlius.
