Project Description:
The applicant proposes to construct a 236 lot subdivision on a 117 acre parcel located on Redman Rd. in the Village of Brockport.  The project will affect 0.45 acres of federal wetlands and 250 ft. of Moorman Creek, a Class C intermittent stream; and will require a Water Quality Certification from the Department, in addition to compliance with the Department's Stormwater SPDES General Permit ( GP-02-01).  The US Army Corps of Engineers has approved the Wetland Mitigation Plan developed for this project and have verified that the project complies with their Nationwide Permit #39.

State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Determination:
Project is a Type I action and will not have a significant effect on the environment. A coordinated review with other agencies was performed and a Negative Declaration is on file.

State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination:
The proposed activity is not subject to review in accordance with SHPA. The permit type is exempt or the activity is being reviewed in accordance with federal historic preservation regulations.
Coastal Management:
This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.
Opportunity for Public Comment:

Project Description:
The Town of Junius proposes to extend the water supply and distribution system into a new Water District #2 and to take for use therein a supply of water estimated to average 33,600 GPD from the Village of Waterloo’s Seneca Lake source.  The project includes the installation of 8,756 LF of 12" and 2,973 LF of 8" water main and appurtenances to serve 61 parcels along Gassner Road, Powderly Road, and NYS Route 318 (Old State Road).  The project will include crossing NYS Freshwater Wetland SF-10. The file is available for review and comment at NYSDEC Region 8.

Project is an Unlisted Action and will not have a significant impact on the environment. A Negative Declaration is on file. A coordinated review was performed.

Cultural resource lists and map have been checked. No registered, eligible or inventoried archaeological sites or historic structures were identified at the project location. No further review in accordance with SHPA is required.

This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.
