Jefferson County - The Planning Board of the Village of Sackets Harbor, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Site Plan approval of the construction of a single-family home within the Historic Zone will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves approval of site plans for the construction of a single-family dwelling. The project is located at 2 Bayview Place, Sackets Harbor.

Jefferson County - The Village of Antwerp, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Deon Site - groundwater source will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves installation of a drilled groundwater source well and 8" ductile iron transmission water main to the Village.

Jefferson County - The Village of Sackets Harbor, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Amendment to Village of Sackets Harbor Zoning Law will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the Village of Sackets Harbor is considering adopting a local law amending its zoning law to increase the membership of its Planning Board from five to seven members. The project is located village-wide, Sackets Harbor, Jefferson County.

St. Lawrence County - The Town of Louisville, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed revised land use Regulations will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the Town of Louisville updating and revising its existing zoning regulations. The ordinance has been revised and expanded to include cell tower regulation, stricter junk yard regulations, holdings of animals and expanding Commercial and R-1 areas. It will be adopted as a local law. The project is located townwide.
