Suffolk County - The Town of Huntington Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Capy Machine Shop, Inc. will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. he action involves construction of a 48,000 square foot gross floor area (GFA) industrial building with required off-street parking, drainage, loading and landscaped buffers located on an approximate 3.2 acre (139,174 square foot) parcel within an I-2 Light Industry zone district. The 48,000 gross square foot building will have a building footprint of 45,000 square feet and a 3,000 square foot second floor mezzanine. The building will contain 39,000 square feet of industrial space and 9,000 square feet of administrative office space. The subject property is Lot 4 of the Map of Banfi Office Park Section 2 and is located on the north side Spagnoli Road, 1,068.53 feet west of Carlin Court in Melville, within the Town of Huntington.

Suffolk County - The Planning Board Village of Nissequogue, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Subdivision for the Delafield Family Group will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The proposed action consists of the subdivision of a 15.41-acre property, situated at 62 Moriches Road, in the Incorporated Village of Nissequogue, into five residential lots. The two dwellings on the subject property are, at the current time, proposed to be maintained. The lots will be served by public water and on-site sanitary systems. The project is located at 62 Moriches Road, Incorporated Village of Nissequogue.
