place up to 400 cubic yards of fill in the adjacent area of
Freshwater Wetland WO-20 to help protect the residence against flooding. It has been
determined that this action will not adversely affect the wetland function. A Negative
Declaration and application materials are available for public review and comment at the
regional office during normal business hours.
