an existing farm road across the Owl Kill (36 linear
feet of Freshwater Wetland # SN-5, class II), to enable farm equipment to access
agricultural fields. Two culvert pipes will be installed at the stream crossing.
Approach grades will blend with existing topography using gravel and stone. The
project is located to the east of NYS Route 22, approximately ½ mile south of Lake
Lauderdale, Town of Jackson.
