The applicant proposes to
construct three one-family detached houses. A portion of one
of the proposed houses is located within the adjacent area of NYSDEC regulated Class I
Freshwater Wetland AR 12 (Arbutus Lake). Erosion controls will be installed between
the development and the wetland during construction. The project site is located on
Arbutus Avenue and Trout Place, Staten Island, Block 6529 - Lots 10, 13 and 15. Trout
Place and Shore Avenue will not be opened.
