Jefferson County - The Village of Antwerp, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Water System Upgrade – Well Source & Transmission will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves installation of drilled groundwater source well and 8” ductile iron transmission water main to the Village. The project is located in the Village Antwerp.
