a permit modification for its existing 26 acre sand and gravel
mining operation located on the west side of White School House Road, to authorize the
removal of additional material as a result of a proposed change in the side slopes for final
reclamation. The currently approved reclamation plan authorized a gradual west, sloping
final floor at a lowest elevation of 320 feet. The proposed plan will create a uniform floor
elevation at 310 feet with final slopes no steeper than one vertical on two horizontal, to
create open grasslands at the completion of mining.
