Project Description:
The applicant proposes to place 100 cubic yards of 100 pound to 300 pound rip-rap along 130 linear feet of shoreline both above and below apparent high water and backfill with 170 cubic yards of clean fill.  Construct a 20 foot by 40 foot wood boat ramp, 14 feet of which will be below apparent high water.  Construct a 4 foot by 180 foot dock having two ramps and two floats at the seaward end and a 4 foot by 80 foot boardwalk on top of the rip-rap.  The project is located at 110 Evergreen Avenue, East Moriches, Brookhaven Town, SCTM #200-862-1-17.  
State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Determination:
Project is an Unlisted Action and will not have a significant impact on the environment. A Negative Declaration is on file. A coordinated review was not performed.

State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination:
Cultural resource lists and map have been checked. No registered, eligible or inventoried archaeological sites or historic structures were identified at the project location. No further review in accordance with SHPA is required.
Coastal Management:
This project is located in a Coastal Management area and is subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.
