The applicant proposes to
place 100 cubic yards of 100 pound to 300 pound rip-rap along
130 linear feet of shoreline both above and below apparent high water and backfill with
170 cubic yards of clean fill. Construct a 20 foot by 40 foot wood boat ramp, 14 feet of
which will be below apparent high water. Construct a 4 foot by 180 foot dock having two
ramps and two floats at the seaward end and a 4 foot by 80 foot boardwalk on top of the
rip-rap. The project is located at 110 Evergreen Avenue, East Moriches, Brookhaven
Town, SCTM #200-862-1-17.
