Public Hearing

Albany County - Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Board of Zoning Appeals in the Common Council Chambers, second floor, City Hall, Albany, New York on Wednesday, June 11, 2003 at 5:30 p.m., upon the application of Entech Electronics, regarding the premises located at 28 Corporate Circle requesting a Special Use Permit pursuant to Sections 375-27 respectively of the City of Albany Zoning Ordinance to allow for the installation of satellite dish. The property is located in a C-M Commercial Manufacturing zoning district. All persons wishing to be heard in favor or in opposition to the proposal will have such opportunity at the time and place stated above.

Extension of Comment Period

Albany County - The New York State Office of General Services (OGS), as lead agency is extending the comment period for the Sheridan Hollow Parking Facility Draft EIS with Public Hearing to June 23, 2002.

Negative Declaration

Albany County - The Board of Zoning Appeals, City of Albany, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Washington Avenue Armory will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the use of the Washington Avenue Armory as a sports and entertainment facility. The project manager has included some minor renovations that will be internal. The project is located at 171 Washington Avenue, Albany.

Rensselaer County - The Town of North Greenbush, Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of North Greenbush Water District No. 14 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the establishment of a new Water District No. 14 to provided municipal water service to approximately 3,300 Town of North Greenbush residents in the southern and eastern portion of the Wynantskill area of the Town. Action will allow for the installation of approximately 110,000 feet of 12" and 8" water main, fire hydrants and appurtenances. The project is located at various streets in the southern and eastern portion of the Wynantskill area of the Town of North Greenbush.

The action involves the establishment of a new Water District No. 13 to provided municipal water service to approximately 1,050 Town of North Greenbush residents in the Snyders Lake area of the Town. Action will allow for the installation of approximately 34,000 feet of 12" and 8" water main, fire hydrants and appurtenances. The project is located at various streets in the Snyders Lake area of the Town of North Greenbush.
