The applicant proposes to
develop a natural gas well, Peterson No. 1, in the regulated
100-foot wide adjacent area of Freshwater Wetland # JA-7, within an existing abandoned
railroad right-of- way. The project involves an initial disturbance of 22,500 sq. ft.
including 3,000 sq. ft. of permanent well pad. The site will be accessed using the existing
abandoned railroad and trolley line grades. The production pipeline will be installed in the
trolley grade also. The project site is located approximately 4,700 feet north of Riverside
Road and is east of Conewango Creek.

Construction of a 316-unit
development, Dockside Village, consisting of apartments,
townhouses and patio homes, and associated sanitary sewer, water and electric utility
infrastructure on an approximate 271 acre site, of which approximately 183 acres
(including State and Federally regulated wetlands) are to be donated to the Town of
Amherst for preservation for open space. The project as proposed will result in the
elimination of 1.99 acres of State regulated Freshwater Wetland #CC- 45 and impact
approximately 9.18 acres of the wetland’s regulated 100-foot wide adjacent area. As
compensatory wetland mitigation, the applicant proposes to create 4.08 acres of wetland
adjacent to the west portion of State regulated Freshwater Wetland # CC-45 and north of
Lou Gerhrig Park. The project will also impact approximately 1.26 acres of federally
regulated wetland during the installation of a sewer line along Millersport Highway. The
project site is located at10750 Transit Road, north of Dann Road between Millersport
Highway and Transit Road.

install year round public water and sanitary sewers on Sunset
Island. The watermain and sewer forcemain will be installed by directional drilling under
Tuscarora Bay and will be connected to the existing systems. The 6-inch diameter water
supply line will be installed under the bay in the vicinity of the Crow's Nest Restaurant
and the 4-inch diameter low pressure sewer will be connected to the Village of Wilson
Waste Water Treatment Plant by a connection to be drilled under the bay at the harbor
entrance.
