a single family house along Bowman Road in the Town
of Manlius. Construction requires the regrading of existing clean fill on site such that a
portion of the fill will encroach within the regulated buffer area of protected class 2
wetland SYE-22. The area affected is approximately one-half acre of an old field
adjoining a forested wetland.
