The applicant proposes construction
of Taylor Woods Subdivision with a subdivision
road, utilities and stormwater detention pond within 1.01 acres of New York State
Freshwater Wetland HB-13. Mitigation for the wetland disturbance will comprise of a 2.1
acre vernal pool complex for the enhancement of amphibian breeding habitat within the
100 foot adjacent area of the forested freshwater wetland. The subdivision is located to
the south and adjacent to Taylor Road bordering East Eden Road in the Village and Town
of Hamburg.
