Erie County - The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority as lead agency, has determined that the proposed BNIA Runway 14/32 and 5/23 Rehabilitation and Extension (2 projects) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves extension of Runway 14-32 1000 feet, shift Taxiway "D" 13 feet south and rehabilitate Runway 5-23 and Taxiway A, displace R/W 5 Threshold 200 feet, extend Runway 23 - 725 feet. The project is located at the Buffalo Niagara International Airport, 4200 Genesee Street, Buffalo.

Erie County -The Town Board of the Town of Elma, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Springbrook Shores will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves new construction of a residential development (on 160 acres) including 160 single family homes, each lot with a minimum size of 8,000 square feet. The Project will include new construction of roadways and utility infrastructure (water, sanitary and storm sewers), two new ponds, and a permanent open space of 160 acres set aside for Project residents. The project is located on the north side of Rice Road in the Town of Elma.

Erie County - The Planning Board of the Town of Orchard Park, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Eagle Heights Subdivision. The action involves construction of a 78-lot single-family residential subdivision on an approximately 85.6 acre parcel of vacant land located south of the existing Eagle Heights Subdivision. The project is located approximately .75 miles south of Jewett-Holmwood Road and west of Transit Road, along the eastern boundary of the Town of Orchard Park.
