Project is an Unlisted Action and will not have a significant impact on the environment. A Negative Declaration is on file. A coordinated review was not performed.

State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination:
Cultural resource lists and map have been checked. No registered, eligible or inventoried archaeological sites or historic structures were identified at the project location. No further review in accordance with SHPA is required.
Coastal Management:
This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.

Project Description:
The applicant proposes to construct a 560 foot long by 12 foot wide driveway, of which 50 feet will be within Freshwater Wetland BN-14 and approximately 350 feet will be in the adjacent area.  The driveway will serve a single family residence. Construction will consist of installation of a 5 foot diameter culvert and approximately 300 yards of gravel for the driveway.   The site is located on Camp Road, approximately 1/4 mile east of its intersection with State Route 80.
