Negative Declaration

Tompkins County - The Town of Ithaca Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Holly Creek Subdivision, Site Development & Rezoning will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves Subdivision Approval, Site Plan Approval and Rezoning for the proposed 8-lot subdivision and associated development, Town of Ithaca Tax Parcel Nos. 37-1-17.1 and 37-1-18, Multiple Residence District and Business Districts "C" and "D". The proposal is to subdivide the 15 +/- acre parcel into 5 lots for single-family residences (to be zoned R-30 Residence), two lots for 20 apartment units in four buildings (to be zoned Multiple Residence), and reserve the remaining 5.0 +/- acre lot along Danby Road/Route 96B for future commercial development (most already zoned Business "C", a small portion to be rezoned from Business "D" to Business "C", and a small portion to be rezoned from MR Multiple Residence to Business "C"). The project is located at the intersection of Danby Rd./Rt. 96B & West King Rd., Town of Ithaca.

Tompkins County - The State University Construction Fund, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed rehabilitation of Swetman and Poucher Halls and/or Surge Space will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the reconstruction of Hewitt Union into a new convocation/ice rink facility and renovate Swetman and Poucher Halls into a new campus center for student functions. The project is located at the State University College at Oswego.
