Project Description: Clinton County Emergency Services proposes to add a five-foot radio communication antenna on an existing 40-foot tower located in the Town of Black Brook on Tower Road. The antenna will be located on the side of the tower and will be no higher than forty feet in height. The purpose of the communication antenna is to improve emergency radio coverage to the Au Sable Forks Fire Department and Ambulance Squad.
