Greene County - The Planning Board of the Town of Greenville, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Reid Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a 4-lot subdivision on a 21.5 acre parcel on Newry Lane. The four residential lots will range from 4.12 to 6.02 acres.

Rensselaer County - The Town Board of the Town of North Greenbush, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed GEIS-Routes 4/43 Corridor, Town of North Greenbush, Rensselaer County, New York may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. A public scoping session will be held on May 29, 2003 at 7:00 pm at Blooming Grove Reformed Church, Bloomingrove Drive, North Greenbush, New York (off Route 4 across from CDTA park and Ride Lot). Written comments will be accepted until June 9, 2003 at 12:01 pm.

Albany County - The New York State Office of General Services, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Sheridan Hollow Parking Facility. A public hearing on the Draft EIS will be held on Wednesday, May 28, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. in the Meeting Room 6, Concourse Level of the Governor Nelson A. Rockefeller Empire State Plaza, Albany, NY. The action involves the construction of a multi-level parking facility that will provide state employee parking for approximately 1,500 vehicles. The project will involve construction of an eight to nine level facility on a 2-acre parcel of land located on Sheridan Avenue in the City of Albany.
