New Notices for ENB Issue of May 21, 2003: 2

Joseph Borg for Jescar Associates, Inc. has made an application for a freshwater wetlands permit to construct eight semi-attached residential units with sanitary connections and install paving, utilities and landscaping for these units on a 0.895-acre parcel. The project site is located in the Dongan Hills section of Staten Island at the northeastern side of Strobe Avenue between Husson and Vera Streets, Staten Island, New York.

A legislative hearing to receive oral comments will be held on June 16, 2003 at 7:00pm. A pre-adjudicatory hearing Issues Conference will be held on June 17, 2003 at 9:00am. If issues are identified by the ALJ, an Adjudicatory Hearing on these issues may immediately commence following the Issues Conference, and will be adjourned to subsequent dates, if necessary. All filings for party status must be received by June 9, 2003.

Catherine Norton has applied for a freshwater wetlands permits to construct a detached single family residence within the adjacent area of NYSDEC Class I regulated freshwater wetland AR-3 (Richmond Creek). The project is located on Richmond County Tax Block 2270 Lot 53, 257 St. Andrews Road, Staten Island, Richmond County, New York.

A legislative hearing to receive your comments will be held on July 10, 2003 at 10:00am. If necessary, the hearing will continue on July 11, 2003. A pre-hearing issues conference will be held immediately following the legislative hearing. An adjudicatory hearing will immediately follow the issues conference, if it is determined that there is/are adjudicable issues. The adjudicatory hearing will continue from day to day thereafter if necessary. All filings requesting party status must be received on or before July 2, 2003.
