State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination:
A Structural-Archaeological Assessment Form has been completed. The proposed activity will not impact on registered, eligible or inventoried archaeological sites or historic structures.
Coastal Management:
This project is located in a Coastal Management area and is subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.

The applicant proposes to construct a 30 foot by 30 foot two-story addition to an existing house within the adjacent area of NYSDEC regulated Class I Freshwater Wetland AR-27 (Mill Creek). A deed restricted 5 foot wide planted buffer is proposed to be established between the wetland and the house to reduce impacts to the wetlands. The project site is located at 6453 Amboy Road, Staten Island, Block 7540 - Lot 11.
