SERP ACTION - NEGATIVE DECLARATION

Cattaraugus County - Pursuant to the NYS Clean Water/Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and the State Environmental Quality Review Act, the City of Olean, as lead agency, has determined that the New Water Storage Facility will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves:

• Abandon in place two open reservoirs and the associated influent/discharge piping.
• Construct two 3.0 million gallon concrete water storage facilities each with an approximate diameter of 113.0 feet.
• Installation of one 24 inch diameter and one 18 inch diameter ductile iron water main, each with an approximate length of 1,000 lineal feet.

The Project is located at 798 S Union Street Branch, Olean, NY.
